Non-Immigrant Visas

Temporary

Non-immigrant visas are intended for individuals who wish to stay in the United States for a limited period, whether for tourism, studies, temporary work, or professional commitments. These visas do not grant permanent resident status but allow legal entry into the country for specific purposes and a defined period.

Immigrant Visas

Permanent Residency – Green Card

Immigrant visas are for those who wish to live permanently in the United States. They grant a Green Card, allowing individuals to live, work, and study legally in the country indefinitely. These visas can be obtained through family ties, job offers, professional skills, or significant investments in the U.S. economy.
