1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to US Legal Now LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including but not limited to legal document preparation, certified translation, paralegal assistance, and interview preparation services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. NOT A TRADITIONAL LAW FIRM DISCLAIMER
US Legal Now LLC is not a traditional law firm and does not provide legal representation through this service. We are a document preparation and support service assisting with publicly available immigration forms and procedures. No attorney-client relationship is created through your use of our core services. However, we do have licensed attorneys on our team who may provide legal advice or representation under a separate service contract. These services are more expensive and subject to different terms and fees
3. LEGAL INFORMATION VS. LEGAL ADVICE
All information provided by US Legal Now LLC is intended for general informational purposes only and should not be construed as legal advice unless explicitly contracted through one of our licensed attorneys.
4. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful information. US Legal Now LLC is not liable for delays, denials, or errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the client. Clients are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all personal data and information in the documents we prepare. If your case is denied due to your failure to review the documents, you accept full responsibility. We may offer to reapply at no additional service fee, but you will be responsible for all immigration filing or reapplication fees.
US Legal Now LLC is not responsible for any false, fraudulent, forged, or misleading documents or information provided by the client. The client assumes full legal responsibility for the authenticity and accuracy of all data submitted.
5. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME
US Legal Now LLC makes no guarantees regarding the approval or success of any immigration application, petition, or interview. All final decisions are made by U.S. government agencies, such as USCIS, the National Visa Center (NVC), and U.S. embassies or consulates.
6. CERTIFIED TRANSLATIONS
We offer certified translations in compliance with U.S. immigration requirements. While we guarantee the accuracy of our translations, we are not responsible for any additional requests or rejections made by government agencies.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
We maintain the confidentiality of all personal data and documents provided. However, since we are not attorneys under our standard service model, communications with us are not protected by attorney-client privilege unless you are working with one of our contracted attorneys under a separate agreement.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We may refer clients to attorneys, CPAs, or other professionals. US Legal Now LLC is not liable for the actions or advice of these third-party professionals unless they are formally contracted through our platform under a separate legal service agreement.
9. NO AFFILIATION WITH GOVERNMENT AGENCIES
US Legal Now LLC is a private, independent organization. We are not affiliated with USCIS, the U.S. Department of State, or any government agency. Clients are solely responsible for paying all government filing fees, biometrics fees, or any other expenses charged by immigration agencies. These are not included in our service fees.
10. PAYMENT TERMS
Fees for services are due in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. There are no refunds once the service contract is signed and we begin working on your case. Our service fees are final and non-refundable, regardless of the outcome or any change in your personal circumstances.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, US Legal Now LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to delays, denials, legal outcomes, or fees paid to immigration agencies.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless US Legal Now LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of our services or any violation of these Terms.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.
14. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
